Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed.
Once dispatched, your order will be handed to our shipping carrier and begin its journey to your address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Accuracy & Address Changes

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or order cancellations.

If our system detects a potential issue with your shipping details, our team will reach out via email within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t receive a response within that timeframe, your order may be canceled.

Delivery Delays

However, please be aware that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

While Arenvo is not liable for external delays, we will always work closely with our courier partners to get your package to you as soon as possible and keep you informed along the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order appears lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact us at support@arenvo.com

Once a package is handed over to our courier partner, it becomes their responsibility. In the event of loss or theft:

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim.

We’ll also assist by following up with the courier on your behalf.

If the package remains missing after investigation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Please note that Arenvo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered. Filing a police report may also help in certain cases.
